Dwight is a defensive monster, Kanter is tough and all, but he doesn't have the stifling defense that Dwight has. Nobody does, really. Dwight's game is definitely max money level, it's his attitude and wisdom that make him a pain to work with.

I'm pretty sure Dwight Howard is mentally retarded - not so much that he was born mentally deficient, more in he's had people up his *** for almost his whole life, that he lives in this alternate reality created by the people around him and the bubble he lives in. He goes around saying these stupid and disruptive things all while believing he's this team player and all around stand up guy.

He'll be a nightmare wherever he goes until he grows up - which may be never.

Too much truth. It's amazing to me that everyone around basketball always pays lip-service to psychological and mental components of the game, not to mention team dynamics and chemistry, but then nobody ever believes that enough to keep themselves from doing something stupid (like pursuing Dwight). As soon as people see the talent and get blown away by the numbers and physical ability, they'll ignore the rest.

No its not.

The Dwight Saga is way overblown and half made up by the media and then packaged up into a little man soap opera and you guys bought it.


Perfect case in point is when they made up that last flip flop of Dwights decision and said he was still 50/50 going to the Lakers after he had already announced it was Houston. It was all made up. Every bit of it.

And how many franchises have been able to ignore character and chemistry and win championships?
Not very many. Spurs are certainly the model for character winning championships. No one will ever question the work ethic of LeBron and Dwade. LA? Perhaps. But they had Phil Jackson keeping players in line with his Zen teachings. And look what happened the moment he left!

Going to say he dominates, gets hurt, then gets made fun of for being hurt, then cries about it on twitter, then comes back and has a horrendous 1st round playoff series and Houston loses.

He does to have an offensive game. He can average 20 pts a gane and lead your team to the finals and beat Lebron on his way there.

Yes, Dwight Howard is a Dunking power guy. So. ****ing. What! 2 pts is 2 pts and dunks are a higher percentage shot.

Somehow dunking has become a sign of sucking to people around here. Its stupid.


How did Shaq make a living? Hm?

I'd be willing to be that teams with the higher amount of dunks are the same teams that have good records.
