What a big news. Team practicing early? i' m sure Boston, Denver, Minny and others top teams are terrified now

NiceLose ****ing Games
SameI would protect Lauri, Kessler, Keyonte, Cody, Sexton, Hendricks, Collier, and .... Flip.
Probably wouldnt. Would kind of suck to lose him, but I'd rather keep the lottery tickets open that are young rookie contract players vs keeping a guy who probably wont be here in 2 years.Wouldn't protect Sexton?
I can see the logic there.Probably wouldnt. Would kind of suck to lose him, but I'd rather keep the lottery tickets open that are young rookie contract players vs keeping a guy who probably wont be here in 2 years.
That's the main thing. If sexton isn't part of the future plans then cool. Trade him for some good stuff. Don't lose him for nothing in an expansion draft though.I can see the logic there.
I just think we are going to need to move on from some of our young guys sooner than later and it feels like an extremely low probability that Brice turns in to anything special. I am still hopeful if we need to move on from Sexton that we can get something for him.
The expansion draft kind of guarantees you lose something for nothing. So really you are just trying to minimize the value of what you are losing. That's the main thing. Brice might surprise us. I think we are a bit reactionary to his bad TOs in SL, but he won't be having that much usage in his actual role he can succeed in.I can see the logic there.

I've just always been low on Brice, so for me I probably have some confirmation bias. I just think he's going to need to be such an amazing offensive player to make up for his defensive shortcomings, that it seems improbable to happen. I was actually pleasantly surprised with some of his passing last year, but his SL was just so bad.Brice might surprise us. He was injured for most of SL but the parts he played in were not good. A guy I thought was just stone cold awful during SL was Preston.I've just always been low on Brice, so for me I probably have some confirmation bias. He might come around, but I don't know how long that will take. The point I've been trying to drive home for awhile is that I don't think we'll have as much time as you would hope to make decisions on who to keep investing develop time in to. So we are likely going to be forced to make some premature decisions on our young guys.
Sure, he had some rough moments, but he has done a great job changing his body and shown work ethic. He can score and shoot.i thought Brice had some terrible showings. he displayed a very lose dribble and really struggled on defense. not sure what you saw.
Exactly. What could brice get us in a trade? What could sexton get us? I would just trade sexton if I was willing to give him up for nothing in an expansion draft. The expansion draft kind of guarantees you lose something for nothing. Wasn't one of the "knocks" on Kessler at the draft that his body fat ratio was relatively high? Given that different people's bodies simply look and are structured differently than others', I see this as a non-issue. I especially don't think we can look at a picture like this and conclude that "Kessler hasn't been putting in the work" (not that I'm accusing you of this).I know NBA players arent supposed to be supper buff, but this is still Walker's body after 2 off-seasons of a being a pro?

He's putting in the work shooting 3s it seems. Just continue to be worried about his dedication to playing the kind of basketball he needs to maximize his potentialWasn't one of the "knocks" on Kessler at the draft that his body fat ratio was relatively high?
