Eric Maynor anyone?

The only thing I worry about Maynor is he needs to play with a good SG to succeed... as Maynor can't really shoot the 3. He's more of a distribute and penetrate PG.

I don't really love the idea of Maynor & Burks pairing in the 2nd unit.. I don't think there is enough shooting there.

Maynor shot 37% from the field last year. I was thinking this was a good idea, but now I don't. that shooting percentage is just about where Tinsley is at 36%. I think we can do better.

The first season you keep a guy like Tinsley around. In year 2 you bring Neto over. See, best plan ever.

Maynor is perfect. I don't think he cares as much about starting as he does about playing.
He'll get plenty of time here.

He's a guy too that probably wouldn't complain holding down the fort until Burke is ready.
Anyone bigger, or more established is either going to get too much love from Ty, or complain.

Whoever we get needs to be part of the plan of having Trey start ASAP.
Don't just randomly add talent this season, add vets that fit into this goal.

Well that's the key for finding the right pg to bring in. Mo would want to start, and unfortunately I think Maynor is in the stage of his career where he thinks he could compete with Trey to start. On this basis I wouldn't bring him in.
