ESPN highlights of jazz destroying lakers

That guy with the southern accent on the NBA.com highlights really liked the Jazz. Who could that have been??

Not a big surprise. I always go to NBA.com for my highlights. They are much more objective and care more about the sport. ESPN is about ratings and entertainment. Basketball is secondary to their mission and small market teams are given very little coverage.

HELL YEAH!!!!!

Vamos al final!!!!! Orale!!!

Edit: You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Zulu again.

I'll ride that wagon with you Zulu! Let's go!

Haha, not one Jazz highlight, amazing. My favorite thing about that clip is that each time Kobe would score, our lead had increased. Gotta love ESPN.

Aaaaaaand it's the pre-season. Rightfully, ESPN doesn't give a **** and is reporting what people want to see.

Sorry.

ESPN gives people what they want to see preseason or not. Utah is ignored and underrated and I like it that way.

I am 100% sure that even ESPN would've shown some of our highlights had we beaten the Lakers by 30 in the regular season. For a national audience was there anything more appealing in last night's game than a 23 point quarter by possibly the most famous player in the world?

I am too. It's preseason, Kobe had a breakout quarter. It sucks that they didn't show any Utah highlights. It's preseason and according to the Lakers "they are veteran team looking forward to the season..blah blah blah". Well, they better get their act together, because Kobe and Nash aren't getting any younger and no way can they each play 40 + minutes a night, every night anymore. While Gasol and Howard are tough to beat, and Kobe may have just enough left to get them to the playoffs, I don't think they are deep enough at all positions to play against anyone in a series.
