I think it's more of redemption. You hated the pick. You'd like Enes to be a huge success, but just (barely) behind that, you'd like like to be 'right' about the Jazz picking the wrong guy. Easily transparent.

Ilyasova was sensational today thats why he couldnt steal any mins from him, and omer asik was very good too, so these two guys played the major part of the game

Sounds like a substitution strategy that Jerry Sloan used to employ.

Sure, but if they went 3 for 18 from the trey and 59% from the 2, and if Kanter (and maybe others) was able to score inside, then the coach should have insisted on taking it in more. Coaching 101 (resurrected).

I wouldn't say hated. I hated Kanter at first, very early in the draft process. I'm as behind the pick as anyone. I'm just not a homer.

Fair enough. I'm not a homer either, by the way. I went on the record very early with the strengths AND weaknesses/concerns of both Kanter and Knight. I was only called a homer because I got behind the Kanter pick earlier than most.

turkey normally isnt that bad out of the 3 point arc. yesterday we were unlucky and made silly mistakes at the end of the game, otherwise i think we are better than lithuania
