Ex Jazz players exceed in their respective new teams

Listen, we talkin about practice. Not a game, not a game, not a game. We talking about practice!

Matthews signing was the second most surprising move according to GMs...I'm pretty sure all the GMs but Portlands know that it was a stupid signing

Korver's point totals will probably rise this year because he'll be consistently shooting the three-point shot rather than off the 16-18 foot curl. His percentages will go down.

You are citing a scrimmage for Matthews?!?! Also, one might expect him to get better in his second NBA season.

In the end, you are totally jumping the gun here.

No, he won't be. Unless you think the Bulls have more offensive weapons to create open shots for Korver. As a coach, what would be the one thing you tell your guy that has to guard Korver?

Korver's game was never perfectly suited for the Jazz. He excels in a Suns-style shoot from the hip game.

Not that he was terrible for us, but he is the kind of guy that needs a green light.

Great signing, but terrible price. I'm sure Jazz would have matched up to $4M or so. After all, Utah overpaid a bit to keep Millsap. If Roy ever goes down with an injury, then Portland will look great for having a very capable SG to take his place. But it could really hurt them if the next CBA has a hard cap.

Welcome to the boards!! Nice to see another Jazzfanz from outside US.
Hope you don't shy away from the boards because of some of the replies. It's part of being a jazzfanz and that's what make this board is so great.
