I expect Burks to be a regular rotaion player(ending the season with the same promise, and league wide notice Favors is getting now), and Kanter to have a few big games, but mostly just show overall improvement.
-After lack of playing time Favors demands a trade
-Extending Milsap for more than 10 and/or Jefferson for more than 9.
-Mo leads a players revolt against coach Ty.
-after a disappointing season Jazz pull it together just as other teams fall apart and jazz 'sneak' into 8th seed.
-Burks records multiple DNPCD as Carroll and Foye average 20+ minutes
-Kanters career not getting off the ground. Or Kanter getting a small chance but not being able to rise to the occasion. Or Kanter not able to elevate his game to the next level, or Kanter keeping his back-pack and becoming Al's whooping boy just so he fits in and Kanter becomes the next 'Tag only without as much hops.
Favors is still unable to take advantage of size or athletic mismatches (Matt Bonner shouldn't be able to guard him).
Kanter still lacks basketball IQ.
Hayward has another timid 1st half of basketball until he is benched for Randy Foye.
Millsap complains about playing time, doesn't sign an extension with the Jazz.
Burks develops CJ Miles shot selection and stops driving as much as the season goes.
Al Jefferson doesn't show improved production or efficiency in either scoring or assisting due to the Jazz having a starting back-court who can all shoot above 35% from deep.
Marvin Williams really was a giant bust and doesn't receive any added benefit of playing in a different system.
