So, I just started exercising. Lifting 3 times a week, running (well more like jogging and walking) 2-3 times a week. I just started tracking what I eat with My Fitness Pal. Holy crap I eat a lot of salt. It's shocking. Anyways, they say you do better if you tell someone about it so I'm telling y'all.

I'm tired of looking like a sexy Dale Gribble.

good on you dude. Keep at it, it gets a lot easier 6-8 weeks in. Go for high intensity intervals, that's where the results come
 
also, pull ups are God's favorite exercise. I'd highly recommend getting a pull up bar with multiple handle positions/angles and then using them all in a cycle.

Good job man. It's rough. I stop and start exercising all the time. Can't ever keep it going.

Google Dale Gribble underwear. That's what my wife sees most nights a week.

Have u looked into roids both injections in the *** and breathing treatments? Much faster easier way to go about it.

400 mg/ml test cyp once a week. Don't forget the ancillaries to keep your testes large, your moobs small and your johnson stiff.

Wrong, dead-lifts are God's favorite.

Pull-Ups are great though and are one of the four essential lifts.

Interval training is where it's at! Unless you're training for something specific. Even then HIIT is very good.
