Fainting Hillary

Best tweet on the subject:

"This is the first time Republicans have cared about a woman's health."

Others:

"It's possible Hillary Clinton didn't think to alert everyone to her illness b/c like most women since the dawn of time, she works when she's sick."

"Wait, so Hillary has PNEUMONIA and she's still campaigning as hard as she is? You realize how badass that is, right?"

Pretty sure it's worse than racism to claim no Republican has ever cared about any woman's health. That is, like, really early teen maturity.... like, like, Parents are just stupid.

Hillary has aides who do her work. Probably never changed a diaper, really. Chauffers drive her around, two big muscular men hold her up(most of the time, that is). Pretty sure you've never been around anyone who lives the w2ay she does, in all that pampering elegance and protection from everything real in the world. So, I'd say you liking that tweet is just boosterism. You go, girl.

The pneumonia is sub-acute. It is the cumulative progression of her Parkinson's Disease condition that she's trying to hide from the public, like FDR hid his paralysis due to polio from the public. A lot of people live and work with mild afflictions that might make a lot of people think all kinds of things about, and they control the information if they can.

Nothing badass about Hillary except her viciousness against human beings who stand in her way.

I don't want a President with her character. Period.

What about that time the president had pneumonia? That harrison guy was fine right?

Sorry, I'm not familiar with, or remembering, the reference, specifically, "that Harrison guy".

Edit: the ole' light bulb went off. Thought you were referring to our current President and of course I realize now you are referring to President Harrison. Not sure what quality of medical care was available in 1841 but, if you are pointing out that pneumonia can kill, of course it can. Not sure antibiotics were available to administer in 1841?
This got me curious. Seems we all learn in grade school or junior high that William Harrison died of pneumonia after only a month as president. In today’s world Clinton will recover sufficiently in a few days and get back on the campaign trail, all because of the efficacy of antibiotics. So what sort of treatment did Harrison receive?

Turns out the standard treatment for pneumonia in Harrison’s day was blood-letting. (Side note; George Washington, on his deathbed, was treated by blood-letting and was bled so profusely by leeches that the supposed cure likely killed him.) Yet Harrison was never bled, his doctor opted instead to treat him with opium and enemas, and he wasted away in delirium after a few weeks.

The kicker is that recent evidence suggests that Harrison did not actually die of pneumonia, now seen as the secondary diagnosis, but rather from a bacterial infection that led to enteric (typhoid) fever, which was likely caused by a fetid marsh (open sewer) close to the White House. At the time, typhoid fever had no known cure, so Harrison was likely doomed anyway.

As to the diagnosis of Parkinson's:

I believe it is far more rational to recognize the truth that has been staring us in the face for some time now. The media needs to focus on the increasingly difficult attempts to hide the true nature of what and who Hillary actually represents. She is a shape shifting alien lizard. We're not sure from which star system she originates from, but that she is part of the advance force sent to Earth can no longer be denied:

This youtube video would constitute proof in any court of law:

Isn't it obvious these health episodes, the coughing fits, the wobbly stance, the near faint, are due to her continuing difficulties to adjust to the environment here on Earth?

Yet, at the same time, having studied Trump, his many bizarre utterances, and the loopy nature of his rally attendees, I feel I have no choice but to take my chances with the shape shifting lizard from a galaxy far, far away. I don't know how any American can feel otherwise.

Stand strong and show no fear. Despite not being able to hide the truth any longer, this is not "War of the Worlds". This is a war of one asinine conspiracy theory vs. another asinine conspiracy theory....

I heard a secret service agent who was on Hillary's security detail back when Bill was in office on the radio. He said he's 100% confident that the SS would have ordered that they go to the hospital after Hillary's episode on Sunday, but that 99 times out of 100 if her staff objects they will win. He said the SS is in a no win position with protectees like her because they could have gone to the hospital (after all, the vehicle was driven by a SS agent). Problem is, if they arrive and Hillary refuses to get out what do they do? Instead they really have no choice but to take her where her and her staff want to go. They arrive and do a quick security sweep, and then pray that her condition doesn't get worse because, if it had everyone would be pointing their fingers at the SS for handling it wrong. Imagine if a protectee died under circumstances like these where it was obvious they should have followed the hospital contingency plan that was already in place.

It begs the question, why would Hillary or her staff refuse to allow her to be taken to the hospital? If I was ever in the company of someone who underwent something like that I'd rush them to an emergency room. Seems like a total no-brainer. This is just one of a never ending stream of things that makes people's distrust of her seem completely justified.

So far as I'm concernrd, I recognize phony history and politico and Salon and other obviously u factual world views for what they are. As one who has seen Parkinson's in early stages, I've seen enough of Hillary on the TV, I can see a long term trajectory several years running, I think it is likely her condition. It might not be severe enough to materially affect her four year term as a largely symbolic figurehead for a political agenda she merely follows and does not really lead anyway.

I believe a second term will be out of the question.

The significant election issue is the validity of progressive politics versus a pragmatic Trump management team. I consider it likely that some CFR leadership will prefer Trump ib the short term. One reason might be to discredit the alternative solution set or pin the blame on Trump for the problems we face.

I want to believe you:-) But, I suffer a certain affliction. I'm embarrassed to even admit it; over the years it has caused me great psychic pain. But the simple truth is that I have a mind that just prefers rationality and logic. Yes, I know, but please, no pity. There are worse handicaps. Anyway, it's no fun being able to recognize irrational, illogical, and conspiratorial gobbildy goop for what it actually is. No fun at all. Much more fun to just dive in and come out a conspiracy believer on the other side. Instead, I feel like a stranger in a strange land.

If she already knew the diagnosis, and had obviously decided not to follow the doctor's recommendation of rest for a few days, and if she knew being taken to a hospital was going to blow her cover(the diagnosis) and play right into Trump's and the health conspiracy theories, then she might decide to be taken to her daughter's house instead. If I am trying to keep the diagnosis under wraps, and also trying to not elevate the health conspiracy theories, I think I would have done the same thing. She knew she had pneumonia. If she thought, "oh my God, I'm having a massive heart attack", then yeah, that would be one dumb decision. But, of course, the whole thing plays into her rep for not being trustworthy and her rep for hiding things from public view. But I have no problem believing it happened the way it did, for the possible reasoning I'm using here.

I do think that the overall health of candidates that could win is a topic worth discussing if their health gets to a point that it would impact their ability to perform.

But I find all of this wild speculation about Hillary to be more political grandstanding and point scoring. She got sick, it happens. No, I do not trust her but I see no reason to jump on the conspiracy bandwagon here.

Move on to something that matters.
