I imagine so (not the combust part) when I was in high school I could play full games of basketball and not sweat when others are dripping. Same applies to heat, hydration being the key, the more you drink the more you can sweat out to cool yourself down.

Wow, that would be miserable. I knew that some people sweat more than others, but I didn't realize that some people don't sweat at all.
