Complete nonsense that you think wade is one of the most overrated players of all time. More like the most underrated. I could debate you all day on this. You don't recognize perhaps the most outrageous officiating bias ever if you think that.

fixed and I agree.

Let's not forget that LeBron couldn't win a ring without Wade, and Wade won a ring without LeBron. And that LeBron sought out help of Wade to win one.

If you would like I could pull up the stats Wade had in his first championship. Maybe that might refresh your memories of what can do.
Remember what happened when Lebron deferred to Wade in a Finals? Conversely, remember what happened when Wade could no longer be alpha dog of the Heat (hint: it happened a couple of months ago)?

You should re-watch that ring that Wade "won".

So those bank shots he was hitting were because of the refs?

Seriously now. Did really watch it?

Your argument is lame. He may have got a few calls, but what great hasn't? It doesn't kill the fact that he still went off and took over those games.

If he's just falling (/flopping) on the ground with the other team fast-breaking? It would change everything about what happened.

As for the couple months ago thing Wade had a bad knee. He had surgery for it this summer. So wade is warrior for still playing well.

As for Wade deferring to LeBron. It doesn't make Wade any less of a player. Wade had to for the team to succeed. He is smart and he knew that. What would be the point of bringing on if you aren't going to get him fully involved. But for the record after their first finals appearance LeBron choked. Not Wade. Wade never has. And right after that series was over, every sports news personality was saying Wade was a better player and should have not referred to LeBron. Credit to Wade for sticking with it another year. He got another ring out of it.

Also LeBron can not be credited with all the success of that team. Wade is as important to it as LeBron. But the reason you don't see him putting up his same numbers from before LeBron got there is because it's a bad dynamic. They duplicate each other. Even though they still got it done, it still has problems. Everyone knows this. I never was really that high on those to pairing . One of them should have tried to pair up with D12 or Durant.

All rationalization aside, The Heat were a better team with Wade being MIA than Lebron. Lebron brought more as Robin in a losing effort to Wade's Batman, and Wade brought less as a Robin in a winning effort to Lebron's Batman.

And by the way, I don't love Lebron.

Additionally, Wade's teams sans insane top-heavy guys past their prime (Shaq who was still very good, Zo, GP, Laettner, Jason Williams when he was still good) were fringe playoff teams. Lebron took a bunch of truck drivers to the finals.

Please...

That's so dumb.

You make it sound like that was the game in a nutshell. Wade wasn't just driving to the hoop, falling to the ground, and getting phantom calls all game every play. You remember a couple times and claim it to be hundreds.

He was hitting from everywhere. I ask you . Do remember the numerous bank shots that he killed the Mavs with. Is him hitting those shots cheating or weak in some kind of way to you?

This isn't supposed to be Wade v Lebron, just that we have a large sample size as to what they do and how they've contributed. Lebron - as the biggest mismatch nightmare in NBA history - isn't getting enough credit. I don't know how much credit Wade is getting, but I don't think he's nearly as good a basketball player - despite being a world-class ATHLETE and COMPETITOR - as has been advertised in this whole thing.

I do?

That sums up where your head is at.

Ya, of course a non choking LeBron would be better than Wade. He is basically a bigger version of Wade. Wade just has more heart.

But let's not get ahead of ourselves here. LeBron's finals MVP performance wasn't exactly Jordan-esque. It's not even as good as Wade's. He put up nice numbers but didn't exactly go off in hero fashion and take over the end of the game. Wade did in 06.

Then he got smoked in the finals against the Spurs.

You are the one said the game would be different if he wasn't just flopping all the time. You said it would change everything. Then you implied that Wade would always be at the other end of the court while the Mavs were fast breaking all day long. What kind of irrational ridiculousness is that?

Haha.

What's going on in your head?

Check out what Wade says at the end

Numberica has kicked your sack dwellers all the way into your sinuses & you come back with this **** nugget? LeBron was a man on a mission & everyone but you saw it last Finals Series. Dude was machine driven against an excellent opponent & we all saw it playing out as OKC not being nearly enough FOR LEBRON. Guy had an epic finals showing.

I felt dirty typing that **** but it's true.

Here is some proof that Numberica's assertions are false that Wade relied on the refs to win the finals.

In this game game three and all the rest of the games you will see no such thing. Not only does he save the series, take over the game offensively without the help of the refs, he also seals the game defensively at the end

Dwayne Wade's stat line for game 3?
