Pretty close, but I'd go with UGLI mostly because I think he's better at the 2 and 3 positions (out of all the players Bird is probably the best though Duncan isn't really far behind), and because IMO Moses is one of the most underrated greats of all time and matches well with Duncan.

I'd give the nod to Numbrica for the 1 and 5, but it's a bit smaller.

I bolded players I have not seen play much, making evaluating their mathups even more speculative than the others. I will be judging with the assumption that players have been gradually improving over the decades, in general, unless convinced otherwise.

You haven't seen Igoudala play? So you mean you don't watch basketball at all.
 
I have seen him play, but not much. There are 30 teams in the league last time I counted, so "at all" is hyperbole or illogical. So how do you see his matchups playing out in this series?

I really like PG matchup in this series. 2 do-it-all kinda PG in O and JKidd. Ugli's team would destroy numberica on SF match ups. But I liked numberica's team more as a whole, and I believe numberica would take this round 4-2.
 
Hey I voted the defining vote up 'till now. 11-10 NUMBERICA. He has Oscar, Zo, the unfortunately new Nugget André and Mutombo on his side. Hard to defeat.
 
UGLI did not take this seriously, and will probably lose a couple of votes because of that. So I predict a narrow Numberica win, even though UGLI got a slightly better team.

I guess some people don't want the guy who gets the job done while having fun. They want the guy who sucks but is dead serious about his sucking.

UGLI, if you lose this match remember that you still have a coaching position with me. You can be the GM, personnel manager, coach and water boy all in one. Does that work for you?
 
Numberica put some real strategy into building his team. Strangely, UGLI's team came out competitive. I like the Kidd/Bird combo, but the Muppet Judges just can't get over seeing that many white players outside of Minnesota and think that Kurt Rambis is out of his league. I think Numberica's team gets more rebounds and pulls it out in the 4th quarter.
 
Relatively speaking, imo UGLI's worst starters, Kidd and Walton, are both stronger than Numb's worst two, Marion and Mourning. IMO.

As for Rambis, gotta have a glue guy off the bench that'll do the dirty work.

Defense, Rebounds, Hustle, and Fouls. I have enough scoring.
