I was just about to post this and quote KqWIN.
In the 03-04 season Hubie Brown won coach of the year, in his first full season with Memphis posted a 50-32 record, the franchise’s first winning season and first playoff berth as the sixth seed in the West.
And as you stated stealing it from Jerry in the first post Stock&Malone season.

That Memphis team that Hubie took over was in complete free-fall in 02-03. He turned them into a 50 win team without a huge influx of talent.
Sloan should have won, but I could understand people voting for Hubie too.
Another reason to hate Sidney Lowe, btw....

Favors never had any resentment sharing leadership duties with Hayward, he was always enthusiastic about it and never wanted it himself. If anything has jaded him, it's likely to be the constant placement in the team's trade rumours, and the fans loss of love for him.

I am concerned about Favors mental make up of the Utah Jazz at the moment. If the trade rumors are bothering him talk to management. It is part of the game and is going to happen no mater what. It also doesnt help having your agent say stuff like if Hayward re-signs then favors will have to leave. (meaning the money thing)

He has, on numerous occasions. But he has to do what is best for him and his family, even if that means moving on.
If company A offers me 75k a year and I really like them but company B offers me 250k and they are alright I am taking company B.

Then I'd personally decide on what is the better environment for my family. But nice tangent.
I specifically chose less money to remain close to family. Dramatically less money at my salary level. Probably around 20-30k a year at this point.
