It's by design. I think it's something Hardy will probably evolve on as he coaches, but right now he lets guys crash the glass. Having small guards makes it worse as well.

Olynyk isn't even pretending to try on the boards.

He averages something like 5 rebounds in 30 minutes or something. Not good. Would be nice if he could make a wide open shot too.
That flop at the start of the second half was special though. Gotta admit.
