I've used

$100 for the season or you can pay quarterly for $25 each time.
I use that and Chromecast to watch on my TV.

You'll have to sign up for a VPN, and to maintain decent speeds you'll have to pay for it. I second @orangello, just sign up for hehestreams, it's a hundred bucks for the year, or 25 for a couple months at a time. I do the 25 per, just in case they end up getting shut down like ballstreams did.
It's given me way fewer fits than league pass ever did, although it's been a few years since I used LP so maybe it's better now.
