Unfortunately, you used solipsism incorrectly in this context, so I'm pretty sure you are the one who doesn't know what it means.

Solipsism is the theory, if not ethos, that the only thing that can be known is the self -- a contradiction in terms, as the self is defined by the broader world, whether we're talking about Einstein, Helen Keller, mongoloids or, yes, you. Either that, or a belief, extrapolated, that this world is itself a mental projection.
Thus it would be a pan (and of Pan, the shepherd) and bourgeois literalization of expressionism.
So, we know that you can use a dictionary. Read the baseline definition. But it's pretty obvious that you can't contextualize and consider what the outline actually means, beyond the most reductive usage: your mind as either rotary dial or blank notebook.
