I work with someone who doesn’t believe in space. Doesn’t believe that we have sent anything into space ever. And again, doesn’t even believe in space in the first place. I’m 100% serious. He is certain of this. So to answer your question, it’s because they are idiots/crazy/conspiracy theorists that don’t believe anything.

That's a new one. So there is nothing but the earth and its immediate atmosphere. Do they believe the stars are just blinking lights in the sky then? Interesting.

The thing is that a spherical earth and the current explanation for the solar system and beyond is beautiful and makes perfect sense. A flat earth doesn't make sense, would cause many many questions that would have no real answer.

Anyone so far down the conspiracy rabbit hole that they believe in a flat earth is mind blowing.
