Following 2016 potential draftees

I can respect that. I'd rather have the playmaking off the bench than what Price brings. Just my opinion.
We have Burks. We need a big SF who can shoot and defend.

Prince would be our DeMarre Carroll (when he was with the Hawks). We have enough playmakers. Length and shooting more important needs

Look at the playoffs. KD and Lebron. We need that long body to throw at them.

I don't like the playmakers we have per se and I'm not sure I agree but with better shooters all around, it would make life easier for Hayward, Exum, Hood, and Burks when they do want to playmake. I've never seen him play but I really like the write-up on Prince a lot and in our system, spot-up threes is huge.

Out of curiosity, are there any 3's with Kawhi type length?

Per NBA combine measurements, Burks' wingspan is 1.5 inches less than Prince's but his standing reach is 1.5 inches greater than Prince's. Saying Prince is really long is hyperbole.

Go look at them. There are a large number of players who recorded 4-6 inches less on their standing reach than previous official measurements in past years. Agents have started to have their players flub the reach measurements in hopes of a huge vertical number. This got popular this year because last year it got the white guy from Notre Dame drafted much higher than initially projected (his name escapes me).

It was so bad the NBA came out and said the numbers arent valid and they are looking into the process.

And Prince is tied for the longest SF in the draft with Brown.

I'm sure Ingram is longer but he has never measured.

All fair points (especially the shooting). I just don't like the idea of someone who's "game is built heavily around taking and making contested shots" and "can be quite a ball-stopper at times" not to mention "overdribbling and freezing out his teammates frequently" and the worst yet "not really reacting to the defense, and deciding what shot he wants to take before he starts his move". Does that sound like someone you'd want to add to a team that talks a lot about chemistry?

His shooting is streaky but better than DDR. I just hope he is not nicknamed "Black Hole" Richardson.

I think since he's only a freshman his game is far from a finished product. The only question is whether he's coachable.

Ingram measured 7'3" at the Hoop Summit. And Nigel Hayes has a 7'3" wingspan too. Wanna try again?

I'd def go after Hayes in the 2nd round. Dude may enter the league with a HUGE chip on his shoulder. When Quin (or Dennis, or whoever) makes the call to tell him that we may draft him, I would hope Quin would ask, "Will you shoot 5,000 threes a day for us too? Because if so, you could be a special guy in this league and you're our pick."
