Following 2016 potential draftees

Nick youngs name comes up with him a lot... It's more concerning than his poor fg%.

I think he's an average outside shooter... 70ish percent from the line and he has one issue with his shot that really bugs me and will hurt him I think. His right foot comes really far forward... In general the right foot needs to come forward a bit but I think he will shoot a lot of shots with his foot on the line.

To me if Richardson works out he is a CJ miles type player... But I don't see a lot more.
His form in his workout videos is basically perfect

Why would we want to trade down or get more picks? We need someone who can get major minutes in the next couple of years. I am hoping we can somehow get Labissiere. Love his offensive versatility. Body needs some work.

Only being able to hit jump shots is being versatile on offense?

Furkan Korkmaz is not and will never be an NBA quality player. I am surprised how overrated he is. He is non existent on defense. He can not create his own shot when he is defended by a mediocre player. His play style fits in Europe. NBA will be a huge dissapointment

Glad you have an 18 year old player so well pegged. Many people thought Curry was going to stink after his 4 years in college. (no I am not comparing Korkmaz to Curry). At Efes an 18 year old player is not supposed to be looking for his own shot.

Eurocamp roster out. Not really many top prospects for this draft. Zizic is probably the biggest name. Of course most guys either still playing or just coming over to the US to workout.

How about the guy the Jazz are working out today from Oakland University who only attempted 3 pointers and free throws last season?

Labissiere does more than 3s. He can finish at the rim. Labissiere has great length and probably has the greatest natural tools with the least amount of development time of any prospect. Considering the amount of court time he has had, he seems to have more room for quick development and improvement over most candidates.

He can finish at the rim? Is that how he scored so many points against much shorter and athletic college players?

Solid form other than that right foot creeping up too far. Should be something he can fix.

I think he'll be an okay 3 point shooter but don't see the projections that he'll be great at it.

The length is cool and he tested well athletically but I don't see it manifesting itself anywhere, so how does he use it?

Then he either takes bad shots because he has a low bbiq or he sucks at making shots... And that is where I say no thanks... At least in the top 12. If we got a late first rounder then sure. If Orlando takes him that'd be great... Will push someone that is a better prospect down to us.

Or he was just a young player playing in a college game that didn't suit his skills.

They are kind of all young players and while the college game is different as far as spacing and such its not that much different.

The best argument is probably small sample size but I like guys like Beasley and Murray so much better. He is also almost a year older than both of them, so it's not like he was barely 18 and figuring things out.... A little older for a freshman.

I know the argument is that he can create his own shot better than Beasley but what difference does it make if he misses them. Trey Burke can get his own shot too... It doesn't go in though.

Trey Burke can't get his own shot, people just go under screens on him.

He can get his pull up jumper and floater of with regularity... It just doesn't go in very often.

I mean would you take Richardson with the 12th pick? 10th? Assume the draft goes in the order DX projects for this exercise.

Yeah, I think 9-25 are pretty subjective and all pretty similar.

Was this already discussed?

I thought he would try Memphis for the fit.
