Seriously, I was pulling for MSUjr to make some noise this year (even though their classless fans were, well, classless when we visited there two years ago .. "call me"). They have the parts to be a very special team. Bost, Hood, Moultrie, Sidney, etal .. could conceivably be a F4 team. Problem is they have a worthless **** coach. Stansbury is complete crap. If I were a fan of the dogs, I'd want him hung at the tallest tree on campus.
For anyone that reads this stuff .. I get along with Cyrone and enjoy the back and forth .. just all in good fun.
Having said that, Cy, you stating something like the above is off-base, imo. You know, damn well, that MKG didn't even see Hood when he ran into him from behind. You have written this (that MKG took Hood out, crap) about 10 times now. If it were true, so be it. Because it's not, and you know it, it just shows your anti-MKG agenda even more clearly (not that you've attempted to hide it anyway). MKG is a great kid and wouldn't hurt anyone on purpose. No matter how much you defend this stupid notion, it won't make it true.
Another player to watch, that hasn't been discussed here, that I am aware, is Will Barton. Calipari wanted him bad, but while Cal was in China promoting cbb, Josh Pastner (Memphis), snuck in and got a commitment from the once top10 recruit. I thought he would have done better than he has (i think it's the coaching, really) and would have been a lottery pick, easily. But with mocks having him around 35'ish .. he may be a great pickup for someone. A long and rangy SG with good size (6'6), a VERY good rebounder, and has range on his shot. Very good slasher with a quick first-step.
Needs to add strength so he can finish at the rim in the NBA. Will shoot a lot of FT's (not sure how he's hitting them this year). Also, just needs some maturity in his decision-making ... gets a little over-zealous too often.

I'd probably think Kanter would still go between 3 and 5 with Burks harder to gauge. My WAG would be around 15.
