Following potential 2012 draftees

Hoopshype.com is saying the Rockets might have a deal for Dalambert and the 16th pick. No word on the other team. KOC likes to keep everything secret, could the jazz be the other team?

Didn't know HOU had the cap room to do that. Would there be a filler?

PG - Harris/rookie (gotta think we'd go after Lillard/Marshall here)
SG - Burks/TBD
SF - Hayward/TBD
PF - Sap/Favors
C- Favors/Dalembert/Kanter

I like it. Doesn't blow my mind, but I like it. Still not convinced we can't turn Al into more than Dalembert + 16. 20/10 is still 20/10.

Not a big fan of Dalembert besides the fact that you now have Kanter sitting on the bench. Dalembert and the 16th pick is not enough for big AL.

Dalembert's salary is $7mm. Wouldn't kill us. I'm just not sure who the Jazz like at #16..... Quincy Miller? Moe Harkless? Marquis Teague?

As I've said before, Jazz have been in talks with HOU for seems like a month now .. about what .. no idea.

PKM - is Teague worth #16? Can he be a PG of the future for us?

Lawson, Collison, Maynor were picked at around the #16 mark and they haven't been too bad.

He'll be a solid, serviceable PG .. 'our PG of the future?' I don't see it. He's got everything he needs but having the cerebral part to his game necessary to be elite.

Id rather pick MA BOI QUINCY at 16, even though hell probably be a bust. Or Royce White, if we trade Al for the 16th, and Sap for the 8th + vet. Now wouldn't that be ****ing amazing...

Lawson, Collison, Maynor, and Holiday were all drafted in a year where half of the players in the draft worth a damn were PGs. And that year is basically a total aberration still.
