He needs to put some muscle on, but his shoulders are so tiny (I think that's where his lack of wingspan comes from).

Yes, both undersized point guards who can really score the ball. I think Burke will get drafted in the range where Kemba got drafted which was 9th. Thinking back on how the Jazz preferred Knight over Kemba, D-Will over CP3, makes me think they would take MCW or McCollum over Burke if they both were available.

However, Utah general manager Kevin O'Connor acknowledged Monday that the franchise was exploring all options with open eyes.
