Following potential 2013 draftees

This could be important for the Jazz.

Calipari is running Archie Goodwin at PG quite a bit in practice. He doesn't play people out of position so this is very interesting to me. Archie is a nightmare defensive matchup and a scoring machine .. if he can play PG, which apparently Cal sees it, then he could be an incredibly valuable pro.

**** that's good news. I believe I asked you earlier in the thread if you thought Goodwin could be turned into a PG...glad I wasn't totally off my rocker when I asked that.

FWIW, I would have said no .. hope I did? Anyway, apparently, he's doing very well. He could be way dangerous.

Interesting. Any chance he can be molded into a PG?

EDIT: Also, it would be great for us if Goodwin went before Poythress in the draft.

I haven't seen enough of Goodwin to have an opinion regarding his ability to play point. At this point, I'd say he's more like a Burks in that regard.
I don't think Archie will go ahead of Poythress, but maybe just a couple spots back.

Yeah, here we go.

Really, Goodwin playing PG would solve all our problems. He looks like a great talent and should be right in our range. He's just seemed very redundant with Burks up till now.

His game size and game is actually very similar to Burks .. and his mindset as well .. he and poythress are the two UK players to be watching .. I'm just not a believer in Harrow at the NBA level. Some are saying Jennings (and I have as well), but the more I see, I just think he'll be a great college point guard.

Of course if the jazz did draft Goodwin the could run burks and Goodwin in the back court. Both can handle the ball. Throw in Hayward and who needs a true pg.

Glad to see your recent community events for Jake have gone well. I still pray for him and your family daily.

Well, it's about that time again...

PKM, before the season started last year I asked you to predict the stats of UK's star's and you were pretty spot on. What are your predictions for this year?

Cool. If you don't mind me asking, why aren't you spending as much time with the team?
