Ford's mock lotto now has Burke as high as #6, and the lotto now includes Gary Harris and Mitch McGary. There are 1 or 2 scenarios where McCollum goes in the lottery and Carter-Williams doesn't.

#17 C J McCollum

Analysis: The Jazz have been in the market for a point guard for a while and had their sights set on both Jimmer Fredette and Damian Lillard in the last two drafts only to lose them both. I'm not sure if McCollum is a true point guard, but I'm also not sure the Jazz need one as both Gordon Hayward and Alec Burks can handle the ball. What they really want is another shooter, and McCollum shot 51 percent from 3-point range before going down with a season-ending foot injury. He's one of the most dynamic scorers in the draft and some scouts believe he could be this year's Lillard.

#21 Jeff Withey

Analysis: If the Jazz go small with their first pick, don't be surprised to see them go big with their second one. Al Jefferson will most likely leave over the summer and Derrick Favors would probably take over as the starting 5, but he'll need help. Withey isn't special on the offensive end, but he's a dominant shot blocker who stays out of foul trouble. They'll be able to find 15 minutes a night for him.

Agreed.. that would be an A+ considering a weak draft and where we'd be picking
 
According to Ford, all these bigs will be available with the GS pick. According to DX, only Withey will be there.

Withey
Gobert
Austin
Adams
Dieng
 
I like withey but there are a couple bigs ford had that I would pick ahead of withey.

Dieng - still gives the shot blocking but is a lot better passer

Austin - the kid has a ton of talent and in this draft it is better to swing for the fences.

Gobert - is a draw would take either at this point. again go ert has the swing for the fences or a complete bust but the dude has 7'9" wing span, but I see a lot of Alexis ajinca in him.

Adams - I would take withey but Adams has more potential.

I agree, a lot. McCollum would be a top-10 pick this year if he didn't get injured. McCollum reminds me of Stephen Curry quite a bit. Curry wasn't a top-10 pick until he had a huge tournament run to the elite 8. I am nowhere close to saying he will be as good as Curry is right now, but the similarites are definitely there. I think he is a point guard too, Burke and MCW are probably going to be gone but McCollum is better then Carter-Williams anyway.

Greek Freak not even in the top 30. I suspect he'll wait until scouts come back from Europe closer to the draft before seriously including him?

Draft Express has Adetokunbo and Karasev in the low/mid 20s. I haven't seen him higher than that in any mock yet. But yeah, wait til he works out.
 
Chad Ford is usually not off by much in his mocks. He's usually within a few spots unless someone just tumbles on draft day.
