Would be surprised if Schroeder got a starting job for Utah right away. I think McCollum would easily. It's pretty much a guarantee we are going to sign a veteran PG of some kind, because I highly doubt we are drafting two PG's in the draft.
I think McCollum could actually beat out most FA PG's, not sure if Schroeder is NBA ready enough. Though maybe Utah is really interested in tanking this year and they draft a guy like Schroeder and start him all season no matter what.
^ Ty too worried about job security to allow a tanking.
Ty is the key ingredient to the tank job, silly. Dude can't even remember what the score is or who his best defenders are.
How did Goodwin do athletically? Wasn't he suppose to be one of the better athletes in the draft?
So are you almost an outtie now?
Nah, more, wayyy more.
I meant Ty won't play the rookie for fear he'll lose too many games. Not worried about his elite coaching.
I know McCollum is supposed to go high, and I know teams often draft bpa, but I don't see the wizards, wolves, blazers, sixers, or Thunder having a primary interest in PGs. I think Burke will go high, but with all the big-man hype, I see the rest of the pg crop sliding to Dallas, and even they probably want a big.
Just my opinion.
MARK these words.
Some team is going to get a STEAL in 'Bazz.
Well I think this is a conversation best re-visited after the lottery. But I can see a scenario where:
- Orlando takes Try Burke
- Kings takes McCollum
- Detroit takes MCW
- Dallas takes Schroeder (not due to need purely, but due to potential upside)
Again, it's probably best to revisit this after the actual order is known.
CJ and Bazz both drop to the Jazz, who do you take?
