Following potential 2013 draftees

Just so you know I have not read in this thread in many many pages.

That being said, Darft Kelly Olynyk.

He's the next Dirk, and he has nice flowing locks.

The end.

13 scholarship limit.

Count again..

That's 13. And I don't believe all those guys come back. And if we were to beat the odds and land Wiggins.. Polson goes off schollie.

I had no idea what the limit was. Those aren't all full scholarships, right?

That's cool. And you still have some time to brush up and practice your trade.

I'm not sure?

It's a blast for sure. I usually rent a house on this little island and take the dive boat out around noon and come back in around 5pm.. can scuba all day because it's not deep enough to worry about the bends.

Looking at around June 18 - 24.. but early stages of planning at this point.

Da ****? That is probably around the same time I'm rolling through Utah on my trip. Now I won't get to see the BF crew.

I'm a fan of Olynyk, and I think his game does resemble Dirk inside the 3 pt line. I think he's the best stretch-5 we've seen since Okur, and his defense and rebounding aren't a total loss. Will be interested to see how he does in the tourney. He's playing in Salt Lake tomorrow isn't he?

Edit: I see you claim to be in Sicily. I never go against a Sicilian when death is on the line.

I wish the jazz would have taken Kawhi Leonard back in 2011.

Per 36

Leonard:

13.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists 36% from 3

Burks:

14.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists 36% from 3

And that's with Burks being benched till Christmas, followed by playing out of position. It's been a total cluster **** of a season for Burks, where as Leonard gets to play for one of the greatest coaches in history.

Also, as rookies, Burks as a rookie averaged 16 points per 36, Leonard averaged less than 12. I'm not saying Burks is a lock to be the better player, but I do think Leonard is overrated, and Burks would be getting a lot more attention if he was in the same situation as Leonard or Klay Thompson.

I would still take Burks.

Nice post. San Antonio has a way of taking average or slightly above-average players and making them really effective in their system. I bet San Antonio could make Demarre Carroll look pretty good too.

Did the nba lottery mock draft game again today and they have Dario Saric going 13 to Mavericks every time I play it.
