It is crazy to think that next year Kentucky could have potentially 8 players that make it to the pros. That's without Wiggins as well, a question is if you were Wiltjer why wouldn't you just transfer?

Wiltjer probably should have. I think he can find his way to a roster as a 6'10 spot up situational shooter.. but he probably understands that that's his ceiling and no reason to transfer with not a whole lot more to prove. Just stay and and go against the best every day to become your best.

As for the 8 pros..

@Vermin - Today was the first time that I literally became nervous UK will have too much next year. Not too worried about chemistry.. but as I see it, our 9th guy for minutes played would be Dakari Johnson.. the #1 ranked C in the country. And that's without a potential Wiggins. ALmost makes me a little sick to my stomach.. almost.

Insane. You just have to hope Calipari can soothe the egos, which he has proven he can do. Though this is probably going to be the most dynamic NCAA BB team ever assembled. UNLV just got Dwayne Morgan #13 in 2015 to commit last week and I was ecstatic. Cant even imagine what would happen if UNLV got a haul anywhere near UK. Prolly piss myself for days...literally

That's why I think Cal should have done more to encourage WCS and Alex to declare (knowing that minutes will be hard to get for them next year).

Any chance WCS or AP change their minds? I read Goodwin wants to stay as well. is that holding up?

Calipari tells the kids what he really believes. WCS can start and anchor the most talented college bb team of all time. Poythress can come in and learn to play against the best every day. He told Archie that teams love his attitude and athleticism.. and that he should go. POY has MUCH more to prove and WCS can have an UNBELIEVABLE year. He normally forces kids out (MKG wanted to come back, but Cal knew he was going too early to come back, i.e.)

I wouldn't trade Burks to get Burke. I like Burke, but I doubt his ability to ever become a top 10 PG.
