I read a lot of pages recently about the Draft and who you guys want to be drafted for the Jazz. So Funny that you guys change your minds nearly everyday because of some "workouts" or some scouts who write some stupid reviews about a player to fill the pages until the Draft.
Everyone was so high on Schröder now you want a bust 5.10 guy whatsoever like Larkin first? Or McCullum?
McCullum okay, but Larkin really?
Steve Adams was **** a few pages and days ago (he is unathletic, no offensive game etc.). Now you guys are getting high on him?

Players don't just radically change their shot mechanics over night. Remember when Tebow tried to change his throwing motion. If he can't do it Schroeder cant either. Also if he has no left hand now he won't be able to develop it now. Never seen someone overcome that. If he doesn't have a left hand he never will. The only thing I can see him improving drastically is finishing at the rim. Yes he can improve on those other weaknesses, but only marginally.
So yes it does hurt his potential.

Welcome to jazzfanz, assuming your not an alt.
You need to go back and read further. I've never liked Schroeder. I don't ever remember jazzfanz at a consensus that Adams stunk, and NBN is really the only one hanging off of Larkin's junk. Most of us don't want him. As for everyone souring on Schroeder....... Not only is his stock falling on jazzfanz his stock is falling in the mind of everyone else. Seen the mocks lately. The reports are that his workouts have not been to people's expectations. Plus they've been listening to me bag on Schroeder for a month now, and it's not generalization like what you just wrote. All I've done is state facts when it comes to Schroeder.

Not everyone feels that way. I really don't like the idea of Larkin #21 let alone #14. I think he is a second rounder. I have not given up hope on Schroeder at all. I still believe in him.

#14 1st Choice Bazz (if there) / 2nd Choice McCollum (if there) / 3rd Choice Tony Snell or Tony Mitchell

Well all we have to go on is articles, scouts and internet videos. As fans we don't get to talk or watch their workouts so it shouldn't be a surprise if people change their minds. I am sure many teams haven't made up their minds yet. It is still the evaluation process that is happening now.
Yes some people make crazy comments about a certain player but I don't think overall Jazzfanz has gotten too excited about any prospect. Everyone has their favorites but in a draft like this people are going to change their mind more often because there is little difference in talent between the players. There is really no sure thing at any pick. Besides that is why the draft keeps people attention. People love to speculate and play GM for a few weeks. The draft holds eternal hope for franchises who want to believe that their team can someday grab the player who will lead them to a championship. It doesn't matter if that reality isn't always true.
This year I will be changing my opinion up to the end depending on who is available. I don't have a specific guy that I want the Jazz to pick like I did with Kanter. Some guys I like better than others and some I like depending on where they are selected. I would be ok with Larkin at 21 but not at 14.
