Following potential 2013 draftees

Bullock's value is the belief that he translates relatively easily, not that he'll be a star. There is a lot of value in that.

"-Reggie Bullock's roleplayer potential is absolutely clear on paper. He gets to the rim for a bottom-3 1.9 shots per-game, but his 1.29 points per-shot on catch and shoot jumpers ranks first in this group and drives him to the head of the pack in overall scoring efficiency with his 1.11 PPP overall. On top of his jump shot, Bullock scores a top-5 ranked 1.37 points per-possession in transition and a sample leading 1.36 points per-shot as a finisher in the half court. He operates one-on-one less than any player in this group at just 0.4 times per-game and made just 21% of his pull-up jumpers, but his ability to spread the floor, make open shots, and be opportunistic finding easy baskets jumps off the page immediately."

How did KCP fly up so quickly into the top ten. I remember when he was projected late teens to low 20's. I was stoked to think we could get him at 21.

Fwiw, KCP was being mocked around 6/7 when he was in HS. He dropped like a rock .. then came up again. On a positive note.. that's pretty rare.

I've been saying you draft Bullock for a steady rotation player.. he has no star potential.. but also low bust potential.

I have read so much **** about all these players that I think I could be talked into liking just about any one we pick...... except plumlee, olynyk, and larkin (though I would be ok with larkin at 21)
I still don't like MCW much at all, but if we picked him then I would just start thinking about all his positives and forget his negatives and be happy.
McCollum, Schroeder, bullock, gobert, giannis, bazz, dieng, franklin, Goodwin, robinson..... etc, Im down with most all of em

second round... kabongo, wolters, pierre Jackson, canaan

It will be hard for the jazz to piss me off come Thursday.

Edut: easiest (and maybe most likely) way to piss me off on Thursday...... trade burks

Ur easy

I really think Larkin is going to be the pick. He's the RKG (right kind of guy) which is super important to the organization.

His size is always going to be a problem, but his tenaciousness helps. Without it, he would be a second round guy. Combine that with the fact that he's by far the best pick and roll PG in the draft and you have someone who checks the boxes off on the Jazz' wish list.

Anyone going to the draft party at the ESA?

I have gone for the last 5 years or so in a row and really enjoy it.
I reccommend anyone who can go should go.
I have to miss it this year though

You wanna know what I hate? When people make up abbreviations that nobody is gonna know, and then in brackets, they write what the abbreviation means. It's so stupid and pointless and a waste of time and space. Do it again and I may just leg drop you.
