My boy Gordon's free throw shooting problem is completely ruining his game. He is getting fouled almost every time he explodes to the hoop. I believe he'll get this fixed, and I still like him as a pro. He is very raw right now though, and will not make a big impact next year in the NBA. He will be a good pro though imo once he develops, and especially improves his FTs.

I'd really like to see how likely it is for players to significantly improve free throw shooting past a certain age. Wouldn't know where too look it up but will will ask for it.
