Following potential 2014 draftees

this.
Warren has great instincts, quick hands and really nice touch around the rim with a developed jumper he'd be a major threat. For a player outside the lotto hes got great upside. i think hed fit well here in Utah too

- Jahii Carson is leading a comeback vs Oregon right now, he announced the other day he's entering the draft.

- WTF is going on with Kentucky... sigh.. i think were gonna have a chance at more UK players with the GSW pick than first thought possible, i guess thats good.. ?

- Syracuse loses again! maybe Ennis is on the board for the GSW too...

I like Warren and yes I think he can extent his range. He was a sleeper pick with the GS pick if the Jazz go big with their lotto pick.

Chad Ford's latest mock draft has Jazz taking Aaron Gordon with the #7 pick.

Analysis: Gordon isn't the most gifted scorer in the draft, but he makes up for it with elite athletic abilities, a motor that doesn't quit and a disruptive defensive game. The Jazz need a player like him who's willing to do all the little things to help his team win.

How do you guys think he can help the Jazz? Is he gonna be at the 3 or at the 4? Does he have enough shooting/scoring at the NBA level to stay on the floor?

Chad Ford = Draft Genius.

There are pages dedicated to Gordon. Go back and read.

Has us taking Hezonja with GS pick. Kind of pick that makes one a genius or a big huge waste. He plays for one of the best teams in Europe so does not get much playing time. In the games he has gotten decent minutes stats are pretty good though. He did not play in Eurobasket this past year.

lets say this draft happened what line up would you do

Burke, neto
burks
Hayward, hezonja
kanter, Gordon
favors, Gobert

or

Burke, Neto
Hayward, burks
Gordon, hezonja
kanter
favors, Gobert

or move Gordon to the 4 and use kanter to bringing a SF?

What the Line up should be next year:

Burke/Garrett
Hayward/Burks
Ariza/Evans
Kanter/Gordon
Favors/Gobert

How would you judge porters play so far, despite it being early?

Haven't watched him at all. He looked like he didn't have much confidence today. He played good D though. The only play that stood out to me on offense is when John Wall passed to him for a wide open 15' jumper and he hesitated and passed to the 3pt line.

Ya it seemed like they were not really looking for him much on the offensive end.
Probably cause they knew that burks was guarding him and the word is out about burks lockdown defense. (just kidding)

really though, it seems like they have enough go to guys for scoring so didn't really have anything drawn up for him.

btw, I think that Bradley beals shot is the best looking shot in the nba. Such a pure sweet stroke. I first realized that during the 3 point shootout at all star weekend. A thing of beauty

Lol at Duke for not getting Parker the ball more. Idiots.

Coach K is losing it. He ain't the coach he used to be.

Parker is still a stud though. I find myself caring more about the NBA prospects and just enjoying watching college basketball rather than rooting for a specific team…it's kinda nice.
