Imagine Randle running pick and pop, pick and roll with Kanter in a two man game. Kanter stepping out sinking midrange shots and 3's, Randle driving and dunking and creating and-one's.

Has anyone figured out whether there is a potential #1 offensive option with the 5th pick? Cuz all I heard was Randle (which I find unconvincing).

Definitely not Randle or Gordon.

Smart, Vonleh, and Saric all clearly have a better shot at achieving that status, IMO.

I doubt Smart's offense. I think Vonleh is probably BPA @ 5, but that drafting Vonleh will probably coincide with us dumping Kanter.

I personally think people hesitate about Smart because he's unconventional. But being unconventional doesn't always equate to being ineffective.

I love how no one is speaking about Gordon any more. Gordon has a better chance of being a sf, and effective, then randle.

sure Gordon's offensive scare the beejeebees out of me but I think he is worth the risk.

vonleh is my wild card. he doesn't seem to have the motor of randle but everything I have heard is he is a gym rat. that says a lot and just seeing how his body has developed this year says he has spent some time in the gym.

randle will be a good pf on the right team. the jazz are not the right team.

I still like Gordon. He's the second best athlete in the draft and could really help us build a defensive identity. It's just a question of what his offensive ceiling is.
