The answer is without a doubt, 100% yes, Glen Davis could look like a Jeremy Evans tooth pick if you limited his calorie intake greatly.

I guarantee Glen Davis just hasn't or isn't trying hard enough to lose weight. It not easy, but definitely possible.
Look at what Perkins did when he put his mind to it.

It actually is kind of crazy to think that it isn't possible to lose weight. The human body weight has to come from somewhere. It isn't just appearing out of nowhere. Ever hear the phrase, you are what you eat? It's 100% true. Your body is built out of everything you eat. One cannot have body weight without eating enough food to sustain mass. It's just not scientifically possible.

Thanks for your answer.

I think people are just confusing losing weight with gaining weight. They aren't the same. It's entirely different, and genetics plays an even bigger role.

It's much harder to force your body to keep and gain weight than it is too lose it. When you limit the calories, your body is forced to lose weight. It's much harder, if not impossible for some to force your body to turn calories into body weight and just not burn them.

Too bad LaVine is going to go in the lottery..

Yeah, and so someone else will fall to us. The way I look at it, there are still what would normally be late lottery type players available at 23 this year. Question is, who gets bumped down when Lavine gets bumped up? I love the kid, but he'll still have to develop. What teams will realistically invest in him?

To me, he's like the Kanter pick. Tons of upside, but not really sure how to put it all together yet. Teams have to be confident they have the right circumstance and mentors for him.

"I'm ready to step in and take somebody's job," LaVine said when I asked about how prepared he is for the next level.

During shooting drills, he nailed 14-of-25 NBA three-pointers, 14-of-18 jumpers off the dribble from 15 feet and 21-of-32 shots on the move from the same range.

Maybe trade 35 and 23 for LaVine??

Yes. Doubt that would be enough to move up 10 spots though.

Tough one. A lot of players helped their stock in the combine and might push some Euros like Bogdan or Ingles down to 35, who are pretty good draft and stashers.

Wow 22 the guy should apply to AARP. I would definitely use the Jazz 35th on this guy.

So he shares the same spectacular genes Giannis has.
He doesn't have the fat genes of Parker.
So Jazz should draft him with their lottery pick.
