Agree. All too often I see fans wanting to gimmick a player.
Randle's strong enough and big enough to handle nearly any PF in the NBA... and his perimeter skills are more of a matchup problem for PF's than his size and strength is for SF's.. imo.
People have this bizarre obsession with this idea that the bigger player at the traditionally smaller position, the better. Just because Dirk can shoot and handle the ball well doesn't mean he should play SF. A player big enough to guard 4s but has a perimeter game (in other words, a perimeter 4) is MUCH more dangerous than a giant 3. Lebron playing with three other perimeter players is much more dangerous than Lebron playing with two bigs (especially if neither can spread the floor).

Yep.
@Hantlers (to everyone else, sorry for the aside)
More thoughts about UNC.. NCAA.
No show classes, unauthorized grade changes, forged signatures, a*job for a player's mother who then uses university funds to travel to her son's games, cars rented for players by a convicted felon, drugs, an investigation into contact with an agent by at least one player, another player tweeting that he was given a free phone by the convicted felon and players tweeting about selling athletic gear,* That might seem like a "mountain" of evidence to you but at least it should be enough for the NCAA to open a serious investigation and treat UNC the same way they would most other schools if these things had been uncovered somewhere else.*Most of the time when the NCAA opens an investigation they uncover other serious violations, so who knows what else they might find if they do decide to investigate (even though they somehow missed all the academic fraud involving the basketball program.... but what will happen? Nada.
Bac
The NCAA has no agenda and I'm sure that they have a very reasonable explanation for their decision.

Can Randle play SF?
Don't **** with me, Cameron.
But aren't you a DILF?
