Top recruits measurements are well documented throughout high school nowadays with the Nike Hoop Summit, Adidas Nations and various other showcases. Unless there's some rapid change like with Durant and George, that won't be too big.
It's more the more unkown players who have no measurement history who can surprise.
IN the end I think Parker can't be #1 no matter how well he plays if he doesn't have a back to the basket game that shows promise to translate to the NBA.
Randle has a bigger shot at attacking Wiggins if he getts more efficient down low and shows more facets of his outside game successfully.

I'll be checking in on Jazzfanz every now and then tonight, to see how UK is doing against their biggest rival.

Saw that and I have to admit that I was impressed. He didn't have much of any run up before throwing that up.
