In '11-12 Davis took the 4th amount of shots for UK. MkG took the 5th most.. yet they went 1 and 2 in the draft.

MKG went #2 because MJ was picking #2. He would be a fantastic player if he could learn to shoot (huge if).
I was shocked at 2 and thought he was better suited between 7 and 9.

That's all besides the point though... my point was players don't have to "get theirs" in college in order to be drafted highly.

I knew what the point was, but MKG example was a little bit shaky as for successful. So I wanted to summon your inner Kentuckyan or whatever it is spelled :P

That team gives up 75 PPG. And I know what your thinking, but to much offense is redundant. Only one guy can score every play. But you can never have enough defense. Also plenty of solid scoring options on the bench.

Kanter probably gone in this scenario. James Young? Gary Harris?? Etc.

Marc also out indefinately with a severe MCL sprain.
Nothing heard from Iggy. I hate guys going down with injuries...
