Wrong again.
We're talking about his chance to win a Championship - something he had worked his whole life for.

McDermott seems like the real deal. I think he can be a point a minute man off the bench in the nba. classic 6th man
GS pick could very well be in the mid-20's. McDermott might be gone.Jazz need all the shooters they can get. I am still thinking that the GS pick might be too high to pick McDermott but he would certainly fill the role of shooter off the bench.

Think he'll still be on the board when the GS pick comes up?If you're looking for a shooter than Jabari's your guy.

And people think Parker is nonathletic, McDermott...Geez. Dude can shoot though, but I'd pass.
Not thinking of him as a starter. Can he be a dominant player off the bench in comparison to what other players will be available in that 18-22 range?
I think someone like Vonleh would be a great pick in that range. The draft is so deep that there will be quite a few players dropping or moving up. Lindsey showed us with Gobert and Neto that he has an eye for the intermediate talent. Let's hope he makes a Gobert-esque find in 2014.
There's a wide variation among the draft boards. nbadraft.net had him right after McDermott at #16.Agreed with Vonleh, but Draftexpress has him in the 2015 draft...so he wasn't on the list above. He is going 9th btw.
