Following potential 2014 draftees

I would say most of the board would take Gordon over Randle.

For our team, I get that, but if you were another team, why? It's not his fault the Harrison twins suck and James Young is wildly inconsistent making him get double teamed with no one he could really pass to with confidence. His defense is trash though.

It will be interesting to see what teams do.

PKM has been very vocal about his concerns over Randle for some time. His question marks aren't because of the team around him. He's simply not the athlete he appeared to be against wimpy high school kids. He plays bully ball which won't work nearly as well in the NBA; he turns the ball over a lot due to his loose handle; his jumper isn't as good as scouts initially thought... his stock hasn't dropped for no reason.

Etc. w/ some Cy commentary interspersed.

basically winning this game with sheer athleticism. One of the quickest, most athletic, teams I've seen in some time.

Agreed.
I would add powerful/physical to your description of florida too.

Is billy donovan still the coach?
Anybody think he would be a good nba/jazz head coach and would he want to make the jump?

Yes. He would be good. No, he would not come to Utah. He was hired by the Magic several years ago but he quit the day after he signed and went back to FL.

Pretty sure you were arguing Gordon over Randle with me just some mere hours earlier... But then PKM posted, huh?

I would still take Gordon overt him right now. All I said is it's close. I won't bitch if we end up with one of them, even though I really want top 3.

not really. some teams make shots, but they don't defend, so they can still lose. this michigan team's D is underrated.

and this is a classic beilein's team. they live and die by 3.

zak irvin got alot of potential. i'm curious how his game will develop when he becomes 2nd option next year. he has good size, balance, and very good stroke. his problem is he got no handles and athleticism is good, but not great.

Imagine drafting Parker, Stauskas, and ...

Burke
Hayward
Parker
Kanter
Favors

Neto
Burks
Stauskas
Williams
Gobert

Or some other order. I'm guessing Parker would play 3, maybe 4. Also I don't really know where Stauskas plays, probably the 2.

I'd be happy with that, sign a few other guys, we'd be a nice solid young team for the future.
