But so is Kaminsky plus he has the 3 point shot making him more of a threat especially in the NBA. The spacing he creates will free up Burks in the second unit to drive freely too.Nah he is Pau gasol lite

I love frank the tank... Tomic is currently more skilled and polished though. Frank may be better long term though. Think Tomics passing and high post low post work is currently better than franks.
We've already got Gobert and Favors who are limited outside 12-15 foot of the basket.
Kaminsky's ability to step out and hit shots would be a better fit with those x2 than Tomic in the long term.
If we're trying to replicate the Spurs model, they have Duncan & Splitter who are inside scorers starting. Then they have Diaw and the Red Rocket firing away from 3 point line subbing in at various points in the game to give balance.
We already have our Duncan & Splitter in Gobert and Favors. We need outside shooting to balance that out - Tomic won't provide that.

let's take a look -
ny - towns - needs everything. towns is #1 in my book
minny - okafor - good fit next to pekovic. could go Russell
Philly - russell - finally get a back court player who can shoot.
lakers - mudiay - might as well start with a pg
Orlando - Winslow - improves their defensive identity and can actually hit 3 pt. this team is a beast defensively and athletically.
sactown - wcs - I could see them liking kaminsky and might be a good trade partner for the jazz. wcs is a great fit next to cousins but kaminsky create better spacing.
Denver - hezonja - they need a wing Johnson is also an option but IMO hezonja is a better fit.
Detroit - porzingis - security for the loss of Monroe besides svg loves bigs who can shoot.
charlotte - Johnson - why not draft the mkg with a jump shot.
Indiana - kaminsky - is BPA but I could see then take looney and try to develope him into another David west.
Utah - not much else on the board
I agree with this. Although I think frank is a better fit long term than tomic and would be cheaper. Tomic would likely have a bigger impact next year and is very polished offensively. Just not sure if what he does will work well with our other bigs.

I really think SVG will go kaminsky instead of porzingis. Franks more nba ready.

Not sure about that. I think they view Drummond as their only core piece and he is only 21. They gotta treat it like a full rebuild and draft high risk/high reward.
