Following potential 2015 draftees

No one helped their stock tonight. Dekkar probably lost whatever momentum he gained in the past few games.

His shot is horrible. I have no idea how he managed to run so hot last couple of games. I never bought it. He's been shooting 33-34% for 2 years. This won't change in a week.

Tyus jones helped his stock a bit I'm sure.

I now know we are getting frank... We always get the national title game losers best player.

I think frank will be a great offensive player. He needs to take the three more but his pump fake drive will work even better in the nba because of improved spacing.

Tyus jones looks like the villian from the incredibles.

If he is our 3rd big he will almost always be playing with either Gobert or Favors, so you can sorta hide his defensive deficiency a wee bit. He does have the length anyway so I don't think he is actually all that bad. Offensively he would complement those 2 really well with his ability to shoot, to drive & dish, etc.

I know many here would prefer Tomic and we can use our pick on another player but I think 3pt shooting nowadays is quite important for a 4 guy off the bench that Kaminsky would be perfect in that role. I can't tell you how many times Booker has an open 3pt shot and I wish that he can shoot it. He just doesn't have the range of confident to take them. Swap him with Kaminsky and let's make music.

Kaminsky passes up his fair share, only 2.6 attempts a game, and moving to NBA range will further make him hesitate.
From what I've seen he would rather put it on the floor, and do some spin action in the paint, like Booker.

I dunno if that's a function of how the coach wants him to play though? I'm sure with Quin he'll be shouting "Shoot it" more often than not (the same way he did with Hood).

Winsconsin uses him a lot in that dribble drive & pass out role... he really only shoots it if he is wide open or clock is running down I did notice that as well. That will surely change if he comes to play for Quin.

Think I got Towns and Kaminsky right for stock going up. Johnson not so much. Tyus Jones hit some huge shots in the championship game.

Russell went from 2-4 on Draftexpress and didn't shoot well against Arizona, but he'll still be a top pick. Whiffed on Winslow playing poorly. Oubre's 14 on DE now. No idea where Looney, Turner, and Booker will go. Okafor still might go #1.

Whose stocks do you think are going to go up/down during the tournament?

Up:
Towns will dominate
Stanley Johnson will turn it up
Kaminsky will lead Wisconsin to a deep run
Tyus Jones will hit some clutch shots

Down:
D'Angelo Russell will play hero-ball and turn some people off
Winslow and Oubre will be invisible for a few games
Looney and Myles Turner will have like 4 points in a first round exit
Devin Booker will have a rough shooting stretch
Bobby Portis will underperform
Okafor in the sense that he won't be a clear #1, which isn't really his fault. I just think people will view Towns more highly.

So what was the call? I was working & missed that bit.

It was off Winslow, but the refs reviewed it and still gave the ball to Duke. Tyus Jones then hit a 3. On the previous possession, Winslow stepped out of bounds and passed to Okafor for a layup and the refs missed that one too.

edit: Here's Winslow out of bounds
