What's new

Following potential 2015 draftees

Givony is betting heavy against Kasey Hill. Has him returning for his soph season and still only garnering a 24th pick.

I've found him. Kenan Sipahi?

**** yeah. He's my ninja now. First Albanian to make it to the NBA! Lets go Kenan :)

He's playing for Team Turkey I'm assuming?

Is this in Albanian or Serbian?

Good!! I almost always root for Turkey. I was goin nuts in Euro 2008 for soccer. NUTS. What was it like in Turkey back then? Cannot imagine

It was crazy with unbelievable comebacks and last second goals.

First I translated all of the Schröder videos in 2013 draftees thread to English. Looks like I have my plate full all over again with Kenan :)

Albanian. He's saying how he felt speechless after he won the (U18 European?? I think?) championship. He seems like a great, great kid. Shy, young, well spoken. Polite.

He's just a great kid. All the things you have said are true when he talks in Turkish too. Besides that, he is a GREAT leader on the court. His leadership point is 99 out of 100 in my opinion. Very vocal, very confident with amazing winning attitude. A true leader and a winner.

Basketball wise, he has an all around game, he does everything above average. Very good defender, very good dribbler with a great court vision, very good passer. Has an inside-outside game. Good shooter. Smart player.

His size(6-4 for now) is his biggest advantage because he's not slower than smaller guards and he uses his size by posting up smaller guards.

He just has to keep up working and gain experience/strength. Maybe he should work on his three pointer a little bit as well. He is good at that but inconsistent.

Overall, he is one of my fav players and I am very very high on him.

**** yeah. Will most CERTAINLY keep an eye out for him. It's nice that Turkey will FINALLY have good guard play for the Kanters, Asik, and Ersan. Yikes. No more Tunceri.

You're dead spot on. Ohh man, you can't even imagine how Turkish basketball fans are feeling about Kenan, he's like Messiah for us, the long expected almighty PG!

Actually that's the only thing I'm scared about this kid. I'm scared that we could put too much pressure on his shoulders. And the turkish media is very cruel. God bless Kenan!

What's up with Emir Preldzic these days

This season is his last chance to show himself, with Obradovic coming to Fenerbahçe, I hope he can live up to his potential. I like him a lot but unfortunately he can't play even a quarter of his potential. He is one of the better players right now in Eurobasket13 though.

His biggest wrong of his career is his team. I'm a Fenerbahçe fan but my team is best when it comes to wasting talents. Players and coachs, we wasted too many of them. Kanter had slightly escaped from that, lol. If Emir stayed in Slovenia, Bosnia or somewhere else, he could be a star in Europe. He may even be in the NBA today.

I don't agree he's trash.. but he hasn't been progressing.... or that's what I have heard.

Look at his birthdate and you'll realize you have to compare him to juniors age wise. That's when he starts to look really awful! I don't even wanna know what he did in school.

Merely an insider thing..

This Friday PG Tyler Ulis will choose Kentucky. He is both an under the radar guy (6th ranked PG in the class) and a smallish guy that Calipari thinks can play big.
