Following potential 2015 draftees

As I have said, I expect a big season out of Andrew Harrison. He and Aaron have both dropped their body fat % from around 16% last year to less than 5% right now.

Last practice, Andrew had a MONSTER dunk. I slowed it down and stopped it right at the apex of his jump.. he's way faster and more athletic than last year.

photoshop skills are as good as the consistency of Kanter's 3 pointer.

Do you know deets on the Rondo injury btw?

My man Kenan Sipahi is finally back from his unlucky injury, he's still not in full game shape yet and can't get much playing time due to it but he has used his recovery period as an opportunity to work out and he looks much stronger now. DX has him at 41st on the 15 class but he could be much higher if he hadn't the injury. Still, I believe he can be drafted in the first round.

In the video below you can see some highlights of him before the injury until the 4:50, and then his injury moment and after that some footage from his recovery process.

Was that Jack Cooley that injured him? Lol... the world is so small... I'd be interested to see some footage of his game after the injury. He looks like he's worked hard in the gym...

Here's something new I read about Jahlil Okafor:

Okafor shines in Duke scrimmage
DURHAM, N.C. (AP) -- Freshman Jahlil Okafor had 27 points and eight rebounds during a scrimmage for Duke's ''Countdown to Craziness'' event on Saturday night at a packed Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Okafor is part of a touted recruiting class for the Blue Devils that also includes Tyus Jones and Justise Winslow.

''It was a lot of fun,'' Okafor said. ''I'm just excited to be here and can't wait to get back out in front of the fans again. My teammates really encourage me to try to dominate every game, and it helps when the people around you really believe in you.''

Okafor, Jones and Winslow played together for the White team in the first half, contributing to a 34-17 lead that featured 12 points for Okafor and 10 from Matt Jones. The teams were scrambled for the second 12-minute half, and Okafor's White squad won 30-26.

''(Okafor) is a dominant player, and I thought Marshall (Plumlee) actually played pretty well against him,'' Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski said. ''Jah makes shots. If he works even more and gets some easy stuff he'll continue to grow.''

Winslow finished with 12 points and six rebounds, and Tyus Jones had seven points and six assists. Rasheed Sulaimon had 22 points.

''We just tried to treat it like any other scrimmage, but it's not with the lights and the fans and the crowd,'' Winslow said. ''We just tried to make it as normal as possible, compete and have fun. I know it gave us freshmen a lot of confidence.''

Duke finished 26-9 last season and lost its second-round NCAA tournament game to Mercer. The Blue Devils host Livingstone in an exhibition Nov. 4, and the regular-season opener is Nov. 14 against Presbyterian in the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic.

Plumlee won the slam dunk contest after the game.

don't sleep on Myles turner. he might be playing the stretch 4 at Texas. if he could play the stretch 4 with favors and Gobert no one could score on the jazz inside

Fatbrey says his head is below the rim, even with the photoshop.

I like Turner, but he plays soft and is not a stretch 4.. but other than that.

Yes, drafting a huge center who is very limited athletically and asking him to be a stretch 4 makes a lot of sense.

Sept. 9 Update: It's difficult to know where exactly to place Turner. Scouts are all over the place on him. Some think he could be a top-5 pick. Others think he wouldn't crack the top 30 this year. On paper, he looks like a very good prospect based on his size, length and solid athletic ability -- especially on the defensive end of the court. But he's still a work in progress when he's asked to operate in the paint on the offensive end. Turner averaged just 7.2 PPG and 4.8 RPG in 15.4 MPG for Team USA in the Under-18s. But he set a Team USA record with an incredible 18 blocks in those five games. Given Texas' personnel, it will be interesting to see whether Rick Barnes might use Turner more as a stretch 4. He's clearly more comfortable there (he has a very good midrange jumper) and Barnes has proven in the past his offense caters to players who can knock down jumpers.

He was on the bench when the injury happened and I think he immediately tried to run to help him but the others stopped him because the referees continued the play at first. Cooley is a very nice person.

I probably would have constructed the two squads differently, but I guess you can't seperate the Harrisons

It's supposed to somewhat resemble starters and 2nd platoon.. although there is not much difference in the talent.

At halftime it's Team1 with 41 and Team2 with 34.
