Following potential 2015 draftees

Yeah the people on this site are just ecstatic when Trey does the same thing...
Yeah actually add Trey to the list of a very good college shooter (over 40% from 3) with limited height and athleticism who have struggled with his shooting in the NBA.

How about Babbit and Morrison? Would you add the to the list as well? They do have the height though but are average athletically.

Not Babbitt, he had a good wingspan and was athletically impressive at the combine at least. He shouldn't have busted so bad. Morrison yes, fits the bill.

I think he is more likely an Abdur Rahim type player. If Johnson was still on the board I'd be pissed if we took Looney.

Hadn't thought of this comp before, but I like it. Though if Looney ended up as Abdur Rahim, we'd almost have to be crazy to pass on him (esp. in the 8-12 range). Dude had a very productive (if not highly winning) career. Can't remember the guy's career well enough to say, but Basketball Reference indicates that he played SF for several of his (esp. most productive) early years, though he was a PF for a longer time.

That said, really doubt that Looney is the scorer Abdur Rahim was, though he may bring better skills at other aspects.

Correction: Trey actually shot 38.4% from 3's his final year at MICH, not sure why I thought it was over 40%.

He was still regarded as a very good shooter though. He also shot the best percentage off the dribble in college that year as well - something which hasn't really translated to the NBA (yet).

want help figuring that out?

scoring 18 points on 15 shots isn't a bad night. If that was Trey's average, then people would be generally high on him.

UK bigs just can't dominate offensively, even against extreme mismatches.
Your material is older than Eve.
Towns did a lot of sitting with 2 fouls.
He sat 19:06. Played :54.
Towns is soft.

Booker looking good, but missing a lot of shots.
Towns is not soft. He is cerebral.
Poor Tennessee just can't hit jump shots.
Ever give credit to defense? Lmao.
Towns' demeanour seems the complete opposite to Randle from last year.

Haven't really followed the UK team this year - is he always this disinterested/laid back?
He was kind of taken out of this game with those two quick fouls. Thank God it's the score that matters or you Gus would have handed us our first loss.
Lol Nickkk says this as Booker goes 5/15 from the field tonight but still is leading his team with 18 points.
Oh cool, one good post.

Booker's averages are coming back to earth a bit, but he's still 47% on 3s with nearly 4 attempts per game, tied for 26th in the NCAAs. He's also creating a fair number of those shots.

I wonder what his stats are on spot-ups with both feet set.

Booker doesn't have limited height. Are you being obtuse on purpose, or are you actually this dumb?

?? I was talking about Trey, Jimmer, etc. I'm still gonna wait for the Draft Combine for Booker's official measurements.

On a side note, do all your posts contain personal insults? Is this how you treat people in real life?

Booker is 6'6, no need to wait.

And, btw, I see you have learned your lesson. You are being "cautious" and "waiting to see" rather than going full hype.

Safer but gutless.

LOL .. I knew calling out Booker was trampling on sacred ground around here... good to see the Indian Chief finally showing up.

You previously said his size was limited, and never retracted that statement, thus leading me to believe that you were inferring him in that post along with the others. It was only logical.

No, all of my posts do not contain personal insults. I would recommend reading a few, and if you can comprehend them, you might see that most of them don't have insults. And yes, I do insult most people in real life...cause they're my friends, and that's how friends talk.

I'm not putting up with this ********. I don't homer UK guys. Never have. But you, on the other hand, are pandering, and I am calling you out.

(so, lol.. all you want)

hotttnickkk is like the Godfather of trolling. He keeps trying to go the route of respectability. He keeps trying to be an actual astute observer of things. But then stupidity just pulls him back in.

He used to go full retard and hedge bets. Now he goes cautious and hedges bets. ONE LOVE LOL
