Who would trade a 2nd rounder for Terrence Jones?
Question 2: anyone else think Tim Frazier would be a nice fit here? He tore it up when JH was hurt.
We could have had Jones if we wanted him.
What's the price for Frazier?

the updated mock seems more in sync with reality than the previous one. if they are right about DSjr going 10 (they probably aren't, but its what we have right now) the Jazz should include Hood, 24, next year's first, whatever to get #10. or i'll just ask - what would it take for the Jazz to get to #10? hell, throw in Exum if that's what it takes. Smith jr would be better from day one than Exum has ever been. that guy's upside is off the charts.
I don't know what it would take, but I too really like Smith.
Let me say something that will be wildly unpopular here... this year's draft (first round, that is) is not stronger than next year's. They are fairly equal. I see more solid players in '17 and more star potential in '18.
Okay, I got that off my chest.
If we can't pick up a PG in this year's draft, I'd look to trade out or into next year.
I have heard the Suns would deal (maybe public knowledge?) and if we could pull that off would be looking, likely, at either Fox or Ball. Favors, Hood, and our pick for #4? Then we pick up a cheaper version of stretch 4... you know the one.

i'd do that trade.
i'd do that trade.
What about Favors, Hood, our pick and we take on Knights contract for #4?
I think that deal gets done.
Would we?
If the plan is to build around Gobert and Hayward then I wouldn't want to trade our best trade assets (Favors, Hood, Exum) for a draft pick that may or may not pan out. I'd want an established all star level player in return.
I feel somewhat vindicated that my impressions on draftees isn't totally gone when I saw Semi jumped like 15 spots on DX's latest mock. I love that kid/dude.
