Following Potential 2018 Draftees

Didn't submit a bracket anywhere decided there was better bets to make. The 2 main reasons were the De'Andre Hunter injury and IMO an atrocious job of seeding (not that I'm some resume watcher -- as someone who goes mainly by the eye-test I'm floored by some of the seeding...)

That broken wrist is also probably the end of Hunter's 2018 first rd campaign.

O'Shae Brissett who I've been mentioning here for a long time, since he was like 2" shorter, showcased very well last night vs ASU... who under no circumstance should've made the tourney, did y'all see how they went out like punks in the pac-12 tourney? what a mockery.

Lamar Peters dropped 14 assists int he NIT last night, this season was a wash for him, which is pretty good considering that his father was shot to death in January. It really does seem like from watching them they've turned it on late in the season, really just a matchup issue with Tennessee is what held them back this year.

Chandler Hutchinson's college career ends with a bang as Boise St gets eliminated by Washington in the 1st rd of the NIT.

39 points on 11/17 from the field, 14 boards, 2 ast, 4 stls but 8 turnovers.

Jazz are probably going to get the 5th seed and drop to about the 22nd pick. I haven't been able to get excited about Brissett, though I keep trying. There are a whole bunch of wings in the 20s of this draft that are difficult to sort out.

Brissett reminds me of JaMychal Green.

A fitting end to Zona's run. Ever since he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar, Sean Miller seems like this porky the pig type of figure.. Hope thats the last we've seen of him.

He made, idk, 100 tactical errors in that game that led to their demise. Akot appeared to be a very nice matchup advantage and he made some plays but Miller would pull him out immediately...

Reminds me of when Shaq called SVG "a master of panic", my only regret from that game is that I wanted more close-up shots of Miller in that 2nd half.. LOL

That was insane, especially the 2nd half, what a choke job... That was Ayton, surrounded by 5-star talent, getting ran off the floor by a bunch of much smaller players...

THEY ****ING LOST THE REBOUNDING BATTLE!!!

They literally could've ran the Wilt Chamberlain at Kansas "just throw it near the rim" offense... Instead they got themselves into a situation where Ayton, who's nearly half a foot taller than his defender is standing on the 3pt line late in the game trying to trade 3's for 2's, and i mean they absolutely crumbled..

I'm not sure if I did it on this forum but I've been putting out a PSA that Peter Jackson Cartwright is very far from TJ McConnell and will ultimately be one of the agents of their downfall.. But that ended up running true, I don't even like piling on to kids like this, I genuinely feel bad for him, but still, can't fool me, they'd have been better off letting Rawle run point and playing a monstrous lineup that brings more minutes to Akot and Randolph.

Lonnie Walker definitely hasnt inspired confidence this year.
I tried to warn ya'll at least twice that I've got Lonnie Walker pegged as a possible choke-artist.

Said it time and time again about Miami this year too.. Clearly they have, or I guess I should say HAD, a "too many cooks ruining the stew" situation, they over-recruited the guard spots too.

Don't get the choker label for Lonnie. Just doesn't seem all that good, didn't know what to do too often yesterday.

Hate Ayton.

Yeah, I like this guy. He's got top-shelf athleticism and enough instincts and timing to use it in game situations -- rebounds, blocks, putbacks, transition, finishing breaks, etc. If this guy gets to 6'7" or 6'8" and tightens his handle, he could be real trouble.

I don't think I've ever seen that dunk in a game before... and I watch a ton of basketball... My buddy who's an ex-pro said the same..

Is miles bridges for Mich St a little overwight or out of shape? Or are all the other playets just really skinny?
