Following Potential 2018 Draftees

Kevin Knox with a pretty good November. He's got the length, the body control, the athleticism, the ability to make reads and score in different ways... He's going to be good.

That makes me nervous. Neither was TB3.

I dont see how they are much alike at all other than physical stature. Young's freshman year doubles Burke's freshman year in terms of attempted three's a game. Plus, Young is playing in a super-paced offensive system (by college standards). Burke played in a slow system.

When I watch Young, he does take an incredible amount of questionable shots on-ball, but it's not like he is completely incapable of playing off ball. He seems to run off-ball well in the half-court. He is an obvious disciple of Steph Curry.

He would fit our defensive team very well and he is also a good 3 point shooter. He should be available when the jazz draft
Possibly, it's always to early to call these things. Remember, Mitchell was considered a late first round pick to start the year. Guys with huge measurables usually rise in the draft. IDK what Bridges can put out in the athletic testing, but if it's anything above average he will probably rise.

Like, currently, I think Bridges would be a lottery pick and the Jazz arent in the lottery (and I'm drinking the kool-aid, I think the Jazz make the playoffs).

To your point, I've watched his last three games and he hasn't missed a catch and shoot three. he's just an offensive gem. he can truly do it all on that end.

Not a huge Rui Hachimura fan, but I could see the Jazz drafting him (if he chooses to come out). My gut tells me he probably goes back to school though. Don't think he is ready for the NBA yet and he would probably become a starter for Gonzaga next year. I know Xthren was a big fan of his after seeing the U19 highlights. Could be a player. I do like the games he has been good in this year.

The issue is tho, the "should be on the board when Utah drafts" part...

The top of his range is in the lottery and could even approach single digits. His stock kinda has that Terrence Ross or Kentavious Caldwell Pope type of feel to it where they projected in the teens but i'm not buying they fall out the top-10. It's one of those "it only take one team" type things..

The Shawn Marion comp doesn't get thrown around enough with him IMO.

Perfect fit for this squad tho. The wing rotation would be so strong and he'd be viable small-ball 4 next to Rudy or Favors. His upside is superior to lets say Rondae Hollis Jefferson or Taurean Prince.

Knox might be gone by 7. Don't think we can get there.

By Bridges, do you mean Miles or Mikal? We might have a shot at Mikal in the mid-first.
Mikal. Really like his potential fit on this team, and I think a Mitchell, Exum and Hood trio will hold down the majority of the 1/2 minutes (with maybe one of Rubio or Burks coming back - even though I like them both). Jazz need another wing to play the 3 behind Jingles.
