both of these players have shown exemplary work ethic over the last handful of years. no reason to sit here and split hairs.Who are you betting on for attitude and work ethic?

If Philly wants Tyrell Terry at 21, but Utah wants him more, what do they have to jump a few spots?
"clean" is almost understating his shooting.... no one has a cleaner lookin shot in this draft, IMO, and there's really a bunch of excellent shooters..Malachi Flynn is giving me Stockton/Nash vibes. Undersized but clean/crisp passer, shooter and gutsy.
I think with the abbreviated offseason rookies will have a harder time helping teams win now... might be a good year to take a project like McDaniels... even if he shows a flash or two in the G League (if they have any) or in garbage time then a guy like that can get overhyped trade value. They can also fail really fast which has value too.Ringer did a new mock with trades.
Jazz get McDaniels. Nuggets snag Maxey the pick before us.

I also find it comical that all the noise out of GS was that they liked Okongwu more than Wiseman and that they would take Edwards or Deni over him... yada yada... its all smoke... they want Wiseman and they don't want some team to move to #1 to swipe him early.
I think Edwards will bust... someone should take him high but I just think he's a different version of Wiggins. I think of all the guys in the top ten he'd scare me the most.
With WISEMAN #1!!!! how bout that....Ringer did a new mock with trades.

Hard disagree. Edwards floor is much higher than lets say Ben McLemore.I'm more confident in Okoro being an impact player than Edwards right now. Edwards does have a low floor if things don't come together for him.
McDaniels is not a boom or bust prospect, he's a project, a real fancy one.I don't think McDaniels is entirely a boom-or-bust prospect. I think there's a scenario where he ends up something like Kelly Oubre if he buys in to playing defense and playing a complementary role.
The Ringer has the Jazz passing on Poku for McDaniels. If they really believe in McDaniels' work ethic and versatility as a wing, it's not a bad move. The Jazz are in a good position if they get to choose between McDaniels and Poku.
Also to the new owner... Cy will be cheap AF and do better than the current regime. He gives zero ***** about hand pads and balance beam tests. You don't have a lot to lose.If the new Jazz owner is reading this, DM me to hire me to head the draft ops.
