Following Potential 2025 Draftees

Harper is probably the least controversial prospect in the draft. Flagg has more doubters simply because there will always be trolls, but I haven't really seen anyone question Harper's standing. Maybe a little bit when he came back from injury/illness and wasn't playing well, but he's as consensus as it gets.
 
Best case scenario (obviously) is getting #1 or #2. Feel like both those guys are sure things. After that, you’d better do your homework. . . but I do think any of Bailey, VJ or Johnson all have All-NBA potential if they land in the right spot.

There are a few guys on Jazz twitter that fight it... but I think its pretty ridiculous.

No. His dad was more trolling than anything. He came out and said I'm just talking **** and its his career. He may see if he can force a trade if there is a place he likes that has the goods to do it... but even that I highly doubt. The bottom of the league is not filled with amazing destinations.

If we're lucky enough to draft Harper, he'll be ours and happy to play here.

I am not concerned about his going back to school, but I feel that he would force his way out after his second contract is signed. This is purely speculation based on my feelings.

Now if I do get #2 and draft Harper I am going to go out and sign his brother this summer no matter what. I would probably be on a longer-term contract too. I think having both Harpers in Utah would make Daddy ecstatic and Ron Harper Jr is not awful.
 
Well after watching some of each of those videos, VJ wins the highlight video competition.
What an athlete.
 
Noa Essengue is someone who *might* be available with the Twolves pick in the mid-late 1st round. He has some physical and statistical comparison to Nic Batum as an 18-19 y.o. I think he's worth drafting. He'll play at the 3 and 4, and his 9'3" standing reach would give the Jazz even more defensive length and secondary rim protection next to Walker and Lauri/Hendricks.

I'm leaning toward Bailey if Jazz get #3
He has the size He might still grow
He looks ferocious Jazz need someone nasty
He looks like he can defend and rebound
He looks like he can score from anywhere
