Fox News tiring of Trump?

But facts are so boring when we can imagine things that can support our alternative realities and confirm our unsubstantiated and bogus biases.

With the fake news mantra, Trump speaks his own reality into existence and entrains his true believers. The fake narrative, anchored in victimization. Trump as victim. America as victim. An imperial presidency did not start with Trump, but Trump has far more power then any man like Trump should ever have. And that's a flaw, an authoritarian nationalist can assume power in a democracy by simply beguiling the masses with what they want to hear at a time when they want to hear it.

I like this quote from Snyder:
“Once truth had become oracular rather than factual, evidence was irrelevant.”
― Timothy Snyder, On Tyranny: Twenty Lessons from the Twentieth Century

I can only assume you are joking.
Interesting. I assumed that you were. You expressed amazement that Fox was running negative stories about Trump but when confronted with the fact that they have been doing that same thing since before his presidency began you said that or course they are doing that.

I expressed that, did I? Are you sure? Smile.

A recurring mental deficiency to remember who said what. Plus you are just too lazy to go back and read.

By directly attributing someone else’s quote to me, I assumed you were joking, since the author’s name is an inch away from the quote.

I dont want to continue this thread because I’m not going to be the guy who debates someone with a likely intellectual disability. I’ll just wish you well and hope you are getting the right type of professional help.

Have a good day.

What about income taxes, social security, and Medicaid?

They neither pay for nor receive Social Security. Income taxes usually, dependent on the job (for example, most fast-food restaurants deduct income taxes automatically). There is no Medicaid tax that I know of (that money comes from the income tax money), but there is a Medicare tax, and again they pay if their employers makes the deductions.

Or what about the hidden taxes like the sky rocketing cost of hostpital bills because of all the free service the hospitals are forced to give to people without insurance?

I agree that's a problem. It's also a problem paying for American citizens with no insurance.
