Bucks sign Kendall Marshall. We could get him. Not sure if he'd accept being the 3rd choice PG though.
I know he had some moments, but I don't think he has shown he can play consistent quality minutes at the three.
Burks = below average starting SG
Hayward got hurt, burks started, scored 34 pts.Wasn't Burks' PER 15.8 last year? Isn't 15 average? So, against backups, he was slightly better than average? And yet, make him a starter, and he is going to suddenly blow up?
Yeah. Not buying it.
Who is indiana pacers scoring sixth man?Just not enough 3pt shooting to space the floor for Quin's offense, tbh. Exum cant shooะ it. Burks and Hayward are inconsistent. Too easy for opponent to clog the lane.
Also who's gonna be your scoring 6th man?
Can't really shot the 3pt shot... so I doubt DL would want him in our new offensive system under Quin.

Why don't you just put this in your signature?
I like the misspelling, btw. Keep that part.

How about miamis?
Golden states?
Houston?
Portland?
I dont think that you have to have a scoring 6th man to be successful
You seemed like you were saying that a team can not be successful without a scoring 6th man. I simply disagree.Spurs has Ginobili (won more Chips than all those teams combined), and the last I checked that's the model we're working off of.

I also believe that the spurs would have still been successful if ginobli started for them all those years. (iirc ginobli did start sometimes)
Couldnt burks also be valuable as a starter? But they didn't though. Pop is very deliberate, there is a reason he had Ginobili coming off the bench even as recently as this year when they won their last Championship.
Burks can be just as valuable in that role.

I have heard haywards game is more similar to ginoblis, maybe hayward should come off the bench.
Also we're not paying him MAX money just to play 25-30 min. a game.
it seems like the spurs/pop model wouldnt let salary dictate how a player is used.
Seems like the spurs would do whatever is best for the team to win

Like i said. You should look up his stats as a starter. One game? Or did he average 34 over half a season?
Like i said. You should look up his stats as a starter.
There was a 5 game stretch when hayward was hurt and he scored 16, 34, 20, 6 (burks was +16 and only played 28 minutes cause the jazz won by 21 pts) and 18.
An average of 19 pts per game as a starter and that is including his 6 pt game when he only took 2 shots in a jazz blowout victory.
He also averaged about 5 assists in those games that hayward was out.
They won 2 of those games and lost 3 (one of the losses was a 4 pt loss on the road against san antonio) and that is with our "best" player (hayward) out so our depth/bench was even worse than normal.
